About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Admin & Resource Allocator to play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring resources are effectively managed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate rostering and resource allocations across multiple projects and teams.

Perform a range of office administrative and data entry tasks using various IT systems.

Prepare and review documentation, including training and audit compliance records.

Support our Registered Training Organisation (TrainMe) with training documentation.

Liaise with management, operations teams, clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvement and maintain strong compliance standards.

About You

You'll be a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing administrative duties with coordination tasks. You'll have experience in a similar role, ideally involving office administration, rostering, and/or resource allocations.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

You'll also bring:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in various IT systems and software (Microsoft Office, employee management and scheduling tools).

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
