About the Role
In the Marketing Communications role, you’ll manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, create engaging content, and develop technical materials that are essential to our business success. Reporting to the Communication & HR Manager, you’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team where your contributions are highly valued.
What You’ll Do

• Plan, create & execute marketing campaigns across social media, email & digital platforms.
• Develop marketing assets & technical documentation, including brochures, product flyers & maintenance guides.
• Support local & national marketing initiatives, including promotions, trade events & partner activities.
• Provide insights & recommendations to improve marketing strategies & campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B & B2C marketing.
• Skilled in social media management & digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong content creation & visual design skills (experience with Canva or Adobe).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mailchimp & WordPress.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
