They are seeking a Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of one of their key business divisions. Reporting to the CFO ANZ, this is a critical leadership role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, deal evaluation, and driving commercial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for a key business division
• Build and manage financial models to support performance, deal evaluation, and margin analysis
• Provide strategic insights and commercial advice to senior stakeholders across multiple teams
• Oversee monthly reporting, financial close, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple roles and levels

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years' experience in senior finance roles
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Experience in fast-paced, event-based or multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Confident communicator with strong business partnering ability
• Advanced Excel; Oracle/SAP experience preferred
