Join a large-scale multinational company as their Finance Director to lead financial strategy and operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting high-value, complex business operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the region;
• Partner with operational teams and senior leadership to evaluate business opportunities and optimise outcomes;
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls;
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency across financial operations;
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions and drive profitability; and
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of 12-15 professionals.

Qualifications / Experience

• CA/CPA Qualified;
• 10+ years post-qualification experience, ideally including senior finance leadership in a fast-moving, commercial environment;
• Experience in a Multinational Retail, Sport, Hospitality or Entertainment organisation will be beneficial;
• Proven capability in FP&A, commercial finance, and managing large teams; and
• Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
