Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client is a boutique, client-focused conveyancing firm that is rapidly growing and known for its approachable and supportive work environment. They are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal with proven experience to join their friendly and high-performing team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to settlement with minimal supervision
• Drafting and reviewing contracts for sale, transfer documents, settlement statements, and other legal documents
• Liaising professionally with clients, agents, brokers, and financial institutions throughout the conveyancing process
• Conducting property searches, title checks, and due diligence
• Booking and attending settlements via PEXA
• Ensuring all files are compliant and maintaining accurate file records
• Supporting solicitors and licensed conveyancers with legal and administrative tasks
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture focused on delivering outstanding client service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in conveyancing (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency in PEXA, LEAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong client service skills
• A proactive and professional attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success
