Lawyer / Conveyancer – Property & Commercial Law

Location: Eight Mile Plains

Experience: 1+ years (Property/ Commercial preferred

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer (with experience in property or commercial law) or an experienced Conveyancer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role that will see you managing your own files and clients with the support of an experienced practitioner. The work will cover a broad range of property and commercial matters, including:

Residential and commercial conveyancing

Leasing, property development, and subdivisions

Business sales and purchases

General commercial contracts and advice.

You will ideally have:

1+ years PAE in property and/or commercial law (or equivalent conveyancing experience)

Strong attention to detail and file management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to client service
