Position Summary

We are seeking a well-presented, outgoing and bubbly Sales Agent to join the team at the Alfred Display Suite, The Oxley 1823, Nobby Beach.

Working in collaboration with the Managing Director of Dankav Developments, you will be the face of the project — welcoming prospective purchasers, showcasing the development, and guiding clients through every stage of the buying journey.

This position is offered on a base retainer plus commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage visitors to the Alfred Display Suite, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

Present The Alfred’s design, floor plans, and lifestyle features confidently and professionally.

Qualify leads, follow up on enquiries, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.

Collaborate with the Managing Director and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

Stay informed on competing developments, local market trends, and buyer sentiment.

Assist with display suite events, inspections, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For

A current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence (required).

Proven experience in project or off-the-plan residential sales.

A polished, friendly and confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Well-presented, outgoing and energetic personality suited to a client-facing environment.

Target-driven, organised and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team.

Five-day working week including weekends (with mid-week days off).
