Our client is a boutique real estate agency with a strong local presence, offering a premium, personalised experience to their clients across Inner Southwest Brisbane. Known for their community-first approach, innovative marketing, and genuine passion for property, they’re now seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Agent to join their close-knit team.

About the Role In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team. You’ll represent a respected boutique brand that values relationships and results over volume.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and nurturing leads within the local community
• Managing listings and conducting open homes with professionalism
• Building trusted relationships with buyers and sellers
• Negotiating and closing successful sales
• Working collaboratively with a small, dynamic team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

About You You’re ambitious, personable, and genuinely passionate about real estate. You thrive in a team that values authenticity, integrity, and results.

You’ll bring:
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Experience in residential sales (or a strong desire to establish yourself in the industry)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
