About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Associate to join our award-winning team.

You will work alongside Elite Agents, gain hands-on industry knowledge, and build the foundation for a long and successful real estate career.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new business via calls, door knocking and lead generation

Nurture buyer and vendor relationships with exceptional service

Assist in marketing campaigns, open homes and property inspections

Manage client databases and maintain accurate records

Stay up to date on local property trends, listings and legislation

Support your Lead Agent to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations

What We Are Looking For

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Professional presentation with a positive, can-do attitude

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient

Confidence in engaging with clients and building relationships

Comfortable with prospecting activities such as door knocking and letterbox drops

Previous real estate or sales experience is valued but not essential – full training provided
