Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our agency by providing invaluable support to our agents while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role is a perfect blend of sales administration, sales support, marketing, appraisals, vendor management, open homes, and inspections.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive sales support to agents, including conducting research, gathering property information, and preparing marketing materials

Conduct property appraisals and prepare accurate and detailed reports for clients, showcasing the value and potential of their properties

Manage vendor relationships, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on property listings, market trends, and buyer feedback

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement

Organise and coordinate open homes and inspections, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers

Assist agents with sales administration tasks, including preparing contracts, managing documentation, and coordinating property listings

Requirements

MUST hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or higher

A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to build a successful career in the industry

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a diverse team

Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Previous experience in real estate or sales administration would be advantageous but not essential
