Elevio is a specialist pelvic floor and colorectal clinic providing evidence-based, minimally invasive, and holistic care. Our growing multidisciplinary team is dedicated to efficient, high-quality service and patient-centred outcomes.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to support our specialists and ensure smooth daily operations across our Bella Vista and Emerald hills clinics.

About the Role

Full-time (38 hrs/week) or part-time (8 days/fortnight)

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility for 7:30 am starts if required)

Work across both clinic locations

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a calm, professional manner

Coordinate bookings, referrals, and follow-ups

Manage patient records, reports, and billing accurately

Support specialists with daily lists and communication with hospitals and GPs

Maintain confidentiality and clinic presentation to high standards

Assist the Practice Manager with administrative functions, operational efficiency, and implementation of clinic improvements

About You

Previous medical reception experience (specialist practice preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Clinic-to-Cloud experience desirable

Knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service focus
