About the role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at Forkbiz in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of our service technicians, as well as providing administrative support to the wider team. Experience is preferred but not essential.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of service technicians to customer sites

Manage the service request tracking system to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs

Provide administrative support to the service department, including processing invoices, Jobsheets & Timesheets

Liaise with customers to provide updates on service requests and address any concerns or queries

Support the branch manager in the overall management and optimisation of the service department

Assist with the implementation of process improvements and the integration of new systems or technologies

What we're looking for

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both staff & customers

Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
