Rubbedin, a proudly Australian company manufacturing cleaning and household products, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Order Processing Coordinator to join our Capalaba office team.
This role is perfect for someone looking at returning to work, or someone looking for work between school hours.
π What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the friendly and reliable first point of contact for our customers while ensuring sales orders run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and checking customer sales orders via phone, email, website, and EDI systems.
Answering and screening incoming phone calls.
Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and care (calls, email, text messages and live chat).
Handling feedback and concerns positively through our Quality Management System.
Assisting with order checking, reporting, and updating customer records.
Maintaining great customer relationships while spotting new sales opportunities.
Maintaining and updating product details in our order receiving software.
Supporting marketing and eCommerce activities as needed.
β What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal.
Confidence in handling customer enquiries in a professional and helpful way.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with EDI, eCommerce, Fishbowl, Xero, Canva & CRM systems would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
