About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, computer-confident Client Coordinator to manage the essential administrative and coordination tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that scheduling, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and on time. This is a task-driven role where attention to detail, efficiency, and computer literacy are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication, scheduling, and follow-up
Accurately record and update client information in our systems
Coordinate blood tests, reports, and supplement orders
Process and manage client documentation and emails
Support front office operations and practitioner workflows
Use digital tools daily (Microsoft Office, email systems, internal databases)
Maintain structure, consistency, and quality across all admin processes
About You
You’ll succeed in this role if you are:
Highly competent with computers – confident using multiple systems, online forms, and file management
Accurate and efficient – able to touch type, compose professional emails, and manage documentation quickly and precisely
A clear and courteous communicator – with an excellent phone manner and strong written communication
Fast to learn and retain information – follows procedures and recalls details accurately
Detail-oriented and task-focused – takes pride in organization and completing tasks to a high standard
Reliable and proactive – sees what needs doing and follows through
Preferred background:
Administration or office coordination
Experience in client or customer support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital systems
Training:
4 weeks full-time structured training
