Ridgway Financial Services is looking for someone to join our growing team offering supporting the provision of Financial Advice. The role is not client facing focused on paraplanning, administration dealing with compliance, implementation and processing however does give an opportunity to be involved in client meetings.

Experience in the industry – especially with XPlan software - will be highly regarded. This role is on our advisor pathway and ideally suited for someone on the advisor pathway having completed or in process of completed a relevant degree. It is an opportunity for real world experience into the industry with a fast track to adviser status.

Wages are award based on an hourly rate – not a salary – with superannuation on top of the agreed rate. We either pay overtime or allow time off in lieu so no unpaid hours.

The position is a full time with the associated benefits of public holidays, annual leave and carer leave plus a Rostered Day Off once every 4 weeks. On site car parking is provided at no cost.
