About the role
We are looking Financial Crime Systems and Data Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and financial crime risk—and it’s a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be supporting the uplift of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) systems, helping us stay ahead of evolving threats and regulatory expectations.
You’ll dive into analytics for complex investigations that span both fraud and AML, contribute to critical projects, and help shape the data strategy for FCO. There’s also a systems integration piece, where your insights will help ensure our tools and processes are working together seamlessly.
From time to time, you might also step into business analyst territory - mapping out where we are, where we want to be, and identifying the gaps in between. You’ll work closely with teams across KYC Operations, AML Analytics, and Fraud Analytics, and be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About you
You – our successful candidate is someone who’s curious about how systems and data can be used to solve real-world problems. We need someone who has experience in data science / data analytics - if you have experience in AML, KYC or fraud risk, this is also highly desirable but not necessary.
You’re comfortable navigating systems, modelling processes, and writing up business documentation & you thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re ready to contribute to a team that’s passionate about protecting our customers and our business & you want to join a supportive team we would love you to hear from you!
