Join a well-established and growing commercial plastering company, recognised for delivering high-quality work across major commercial construction projects throughout Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator (3+ years) to take on a hands-on role, working closely with and supporting a highly experienced Senior CA across a broad range of commercial projects.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and assist with procurement of materials, verifying supplier quotes to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project budgets

Coordinate subcontractor engagement reviewing scopes, managing documentation, and contract setup

Respond to on-site requests, supporting project delivery teams with compliance documentation and onboarding processes

Track variations and collect trade variation details to support preparation of accurate head contract submissions

Maintain contract registers and perform document control to ensure accurate project records

General administrative and operational support across both the office and project sites

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally in commercial construction

Solid understanding of procurement processes and variation tracking

Familiarity with interpreting construction documentation and working closely with site teams

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment

Experience with software such as Hammertech, Build Pass, Payapps, and Xero highly regarded

Strong data entry, administration, and document control experience essential
