SOUS CHEF
Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking to take the next step in your culinary career? The Glenroy Hotel, a thriving pub located in Sydney, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
Prepare and present high-quality pub meals
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance
Contribute to menu development and specials
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock control
About You:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and a passion for quality food
Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
Salary:
$78,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
