The role:
Part-time role: 27.5 hours per week (Mon–Wed 7am–3pm, Fri 7am–12pm)
Collaborative team across wholesale and bonded storage operations
Varied, hands-on work supporting both retail liquor clients and 3PL customers
Why You Want to Work Here
This is your chance to get in early and grow with a brand-new liquor wholesale and bonded storage business built on the strong foundations of a long-standing, family-run company. With experienced leadership, trusted supplier relationships, and a collaborative team, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—small-business energy backed by proven industry expertise.
Here, you won’t be “just another number.” You’ll be a valued part of a tight-knit team where your input counts, your reliability is appreciated, and your work directly contributes to the company’s success.
This is an opportunity to enjoy a stable, long-term role with predictable hours and a supportive work environment. You’ll work closely with management, warehouse staff, and wholesale clients, building knowledge across logistics, inventory systems, and customer account management.
If you take pride in organisation and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, you’ll find real satisfaction here.
About the Role
Working within the warehouse office, you’ll provide administrative and customer service support across both wholesale liquor operations and 3PL bonded storage services. Each day brings a mix of communication, coordination, and attention to detail. You’ll:
Answer calls and take orders from retail liquor outlets, restaurants, and bond customers
Enter and manage orders using Swiftpos and online portals
Check completed orders and prepare invoices
Coordinate daily freight run sheets and monitor deliveries
Handle customer queries, credits, and account follow-ups
Assist with debtor management and process credit card payments
Log supplier invoices and support general administrative tasks for 3PL clients
About You
You’re an organised and dependable administrator who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in accuracy. Whether you’re entering orders, reconciling invoices, or solving a customer query, you bring a calm, practical approach and a genuine desire to help.
You thrive in a team environment where communication matters—working closely with warehouse staff and management to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. You’re comfortable using systems like Swiftpos or similar POS/order entry software and confident managing multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
Experience in customer service, logistics, or wholesale environments will help you hit the ground running—but more importantly, you’re proactive, adaptable, and committed to doing things right the first time.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience in administration or customer service
Strong attention to detail and confidence with order or invoice systems
Clear, professional communication skills (phone and email)
What Next
If you’re ready to bring your organisation skills and customer focus to a trusted industry leader, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
Respectfully and regretfully, only successful candidates will be contacted.
