Full Time Storeman / Operations Assistant – Grow Into Operations!

We are a growing air-conditioning company based in Hallam, specialising in the supply and installation of AC systems for residential homes across greater Melbourne.

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Storeman / Operations Assistant to join our team full time. This is an important role that combines warehouse responsibilities with operational support — perfect for someone who wants variety and the opportunity to step up in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Storeman Duties:

Manage stock and equipment in the warehouse

Pick, pack, and prepare goods for installations

Receive and check incoming deliveries

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse

Operations Support Duties:

Assist the Operations Manager with booking installations

Liaise with customers and installers to confirm schedules

Arrange deliveries of equipment and materials

Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and stock availability

Organise repairs and maintenance of tools and equipment

Assist with warranty claims

Support compliance tasks and record keeping

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ experience in a similar storeman, warehouse, or operations support role

Reliability, honesty, and punctuality are essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Practical, hands-on, and able to work independently

Computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)

Current driver’s licence
