Due to extensive growth we are looking for an Admin Assistant to assist our Office Manager
Our Administrative Assistant will be available to work one to two hours per day, four to five days per week during standard business hours to allow for effective communication with our Office Manager. As our business continues to grow, there is strong potential for this role to expand in both scope and hours.
This position would be well-suited for a professional returning to the workforce after parental leave, offering the flexibility to accommodate family and childcare responsibilities.
Note:
It is essential that you are eligible to work in Australia
Only considering applicants from Shepparton area, as there will need to be some onsite office Training and a possibilty to move into a shared office space

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Performing general Administrative duties such as Data Entry & Invoicing
Responding to Email Inquiries
Generate Waterproofing Certificates via Gmail Docs
Any other Admin duties as directed by Director/Office Manager
Maintain and update the company Job Portal with accurate customer, supplier, and project information
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be proficient in MYOB or similar
Preferable Experience using Gmail (not essential)
Minimum of 1 yrs experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar Clerical Role
Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Basic data entry level experience in accounts payable and receivable processes is required
Excellent Communications Skills
Are you:

Are confident using computers, and can problem solve
Have strong communication skills, and phone manner
Prioritise workloads & be able to work unsupervised
Experience with Data Entry
