What you’ll bring:

• 6+ yrs software engineering experience, including leadership / hands-on across backend, APIs, etc.
  
  
• Strong foundations in C#/.NET, cloud platforms (AWS), database work, CI/CD pipelines
  
  
• Product mindset, comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, high output
  
  
• Passion for building things that scale and delight users
