Lead Engineer | Australia | Remote - Quarterly meet ups in Melbourne

An established SaaS product house in the asset management space is looking to add an experienced Technical Lead to join their existing team to help drive the next phase of modernisation and growth.

As the Technical Lead, you get to join at a key time of this exciting expansion. You’ll set technical direction and work on the architecture of a business critical modernisation of the technology stack. This will allow you to shape the next generation of the product that will be customer focused.

You will have autonomy and ownership of customer facing applications that make a genuine impact. Helping you take more satisfaction from the impact of your work.

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ yrs software engineering experience, including leadership / hands-on across backend, APIs, etc.
• Strong foundations in C#/.NET, cloud platforms (Azure), database work, CI/CD pipelines
• Product mindset, comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, high output
• Passion for building things that scale and delight users
