DR2 is a fast-growing Australian health-tech company behind 13SICK, the national after-hours doctor marketplace connecting patients and doctors in an “Uber-like” way. Our software helps Australians access care when they need it most — and we’re now building the next generation of AI-enabled patient and doctor experiences.

You’ll work directly with entrepreneurial founder, Dr James Liang and our CTO within a tight-knit engineering team to lead development and AI enablement across our .NET/React stack, shaping systems that are already transforming how healthcare is delivered nationwide.

What you’ll do

Lead architecture, technical direction, and product delivery across our core platforms.

Build scalable backend services (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core) and intuitive frontends (React).

Mentor other developers and bring strong engineering standards to a high-velocity environment.

Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to turn ideas into live, impactful features.

Drive innovation in AI-assisted care and patient–doctor experience tools.

What we’re looking for

Most importantly, a winning attitude — a brilliant individual that is hungry to learn, solve problems, and create real-world impact.

5+ years’ experience in modern full-stack development (preferred, not compulsory)

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and React.

Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment where things move quickly, and focus is on progress over perfection.

Must be 3 days (Mon, Tue, Thu) in-office at our St Leonard's HQ, other two days are work-from-home. Preferred if you live around North Shore area and can commute easily.
