THE COMPANY
An Australian company operates in the infrastructure communications space providing solutions to enterprise and government clients.
THE ROLE
You'll be full-time onsite, as the End User Computing Specialist you'll be the primary contact for IT issues, supporting circa 45 corporate/non-corporate users across 2 sites, responsible for resolving end user problems and administering M365, device and endpoint management tools.
It's a chance to join a tech focussed organisation, to support and enhance the end-user environment - from day-to-day troubleshooting to driving modern workplace and infrastructure uplift projects.
Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 1-3 support for end-user devices, including Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and tech accessories.
· Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
· Provide exceptional on-site customer service to resolve a variety of issues in real-time.
· Manage application packaging, software deployments, and patching using SCCM, Intune, or similar tools.
· Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
YOUR PROFILE
Ideal for a "people person" looking to build a career in End user computing, with experience providing L1-3 desktop support.
This will suit a proactive individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and gets a buzz from "real time" problem solving and face-to-face interaction.
Please note this is a fully on-site role.
Required experience:
· Effective communication with a history of solving issues with technical and non-technical individuals.
· Strong L1-3 desktop support experience across mid-sized, fast paced environments.
· Working knowledge of Windows server for support and patching initiatives.
· Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft End User Computing technologies including Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
· Advanced experience with Active Directory for managing device identities, users, and groups securely.
· Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for obtaining NV1 clearance
