The Role

We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Level 1/2) to join a high-impact team during a major Salesforce go-live, specialising in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Azure MFA. This hands-on role combines traditional desktop support with authentication, access management, and end-user assistance, supporting a large user base during a period of rapid growth.

Location: Sydney (On-site)
Contract: 29th October - 12th December 2025, with strong potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support in a busy Windows environment, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware.
• Support staff with Azure MFA setup, password resets, permission checks, and login issues, following existing guides and processes.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Azure MFA and MDM platforms, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and correctly configured.
• Assist with account creation, access changes, and onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing staff.
• Install, configure, and update software applications, including Office 365, VPN clients, and endpoint security tools.
• Respond to service desk tickets, providing remote and onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Monitor device compliance through MDM dashboards and escalate anomalies to Level 3 or IT Security teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align MFA and MDM policies with security standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, guides, and support steps, contributing to the knowledge base.

Skills & Experience:
2-3 years' experience providing Level 1/2 support.
