The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of supplier and sales agreements, ensuring that all contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will provide contract administration support across procurement, sales, and operational functions, helping the business maintain strong commercial relationships and achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, review, and administer supplier and sales agreements, including contract variations and renewals
· Maintain accurate records, registers, and compliance documentation associated with contracts
· Liaise with suppliers, dealers, and internal teams to resolve contract-related matters
· Prepare and review reports, submissions, and recommendations for management
· Monitor contract performance and provide advice on risks, obligations, and opportunities for improvement
· Support senior management with contract-related decision-making and implementation
· Collect and analyse data associated with agreements and provide insights on outcomes
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
· A diploma-level qualification in business, administration, law, or a related field OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a similar role
· Experience working with supplier agreements, procurement documentation, or commercial contracts
· Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
· Good written and verbal communication with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
· Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
