Hazelbark Patisserie is a new bakery in Preston, and we're looking for a passionate, creative, and skilled Pastry Chef / Baker to join our growing team. We've already built a wonderful reputation with Melbourne locals at our farmers' market stalls, known for our exceptional freshly baked goods and friendly service.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or visa to be eligible for this position.

This role requires availability for early morning starts as part of bakery operations.

We're looking for a candidate with exceptional viennoiserie skills

Minimum 1-2 years of professional baking or pastry experience is required.

Self-disciplned and motivated

Must be creative and innovative

Eye for detail and design

Passionate and willing to learn

Great team player

You will be a main baker for brioche, pretzel and lamination production

Working in an amazing and friendly small team with alot of creative input

Must contain a clean and efficient workspace.
