The Engagement & Partnerships Manager will play a key leadership role in promoting Acts 2 College of Mission and Evangelisation and growing student enrolments. This position will develop and lead outreach strategies, build partnerships with schools, parishes, and community networks, and help shape the public presence of the College.

This is a 0.4-0.6 FTE position. There may be opportunities to increase hours by combining this position with other roles.

About Acts 2 College of Mission and Evangelisation

Acts 2 College of Mission and Evangelisation is a Catholic Registered Training Organisation (RTO #51452) dedicated to forming and equipping young people and adults for leadership and service in the Church's mission to the new evangelisation.

Through nationally recognised qualifications, practical ministry experience, and spiritual formation, we help students grow in faith, develop essential leadership and communication skills, and become missionary disciples.

Our programs combine high-quality training with hands-on ministry, partnering with parishes, schools, and youth movements to support the mission of the Church. We are committed to creating a vibrant learning environment where faith, community, and mission come together.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated ability in initiating partnerships, recruitment, sales, or community engagement.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with schools and parishes.

Ability to communicate vision and inspire young people and stakeholders.

A sound understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College.

Ability to be self-directed and work independently.

Organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Desirable:

Experience in Catholic schools, youth ministry, or related fields.

Understanding of VET pathways and Certificate/Diploma programs.

Current Australian work rights

Current driver's licence

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
