Who We Are

At Indigo Junction, we believe everyone has the right to a safe place to live and grow. We’re not just an organisation – we’re a community. We support people facing homelessness, housing crisis or other hardship, as well as young people, families, and individuals experiencing family and domestic violence. We walk together, grow stronger, and build a more caring, resilient community in Midland and across the North East Metro area.

Now is an exciting time to join us.

We’re evolving our services and strengthening our partnerships to better reflect who we are and where we are heading. We have secured funding for new building projects and service programs designed to assist Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal individuals and families who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. These programs put us at the forefront of service innovation; meeting clients where they are and providing opportunities to staff to make a difference.

As part of our team, you’ll be joining a purpose-driven organisation that’s embracing growth, innovation, and collaboration to create lasting social impact.

Communicate Our Impact – Help create engaging donor-focused marketing materials, newsletters, and digital content that showcase our work.

Bring Events to Life – Assist in planning and coordinating donor and partner events, from invitations and logistics to follow-up, making every event memorable.
