The Opportunity

Join a major Perth-based infrastructure project delivering critical utilities for WA. We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to take ownership of post-award administration for electrical and instrumentation packages, supporting the commercial team through to project close-out.

This is an excellent short-term engagement through to Christmas, with the potential to extend into 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Administer electrical and instrumentation subcontracts throughout the full post-award lifecycle.

Manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules, and cost reporting.

Ensure compliance with head-contract and alliance governance requirements.

Maintain subcontractor correspondence, RFI/VO tracking, and document control.

Support project management and commercial leads in resolving claims and change events.

Liaise with site teams to maintain visibility of electrical progress and delivery risks.

Prepare accurate monthly reports and forecasts aligned with project financials.

Skills & Experience

Must have: Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent construction-related discipline.

3–7 years’ experience in contracts administration within electrical, instrumentation, or multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Strong capability in post-contract administration, cost control, and commercial governance.

Proficiency in MS Office and systems such as Aconex, SAP or JD Edwards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound commercial acumen.

Available for an immediate start in Perth.
