We’ve grown 40 % in the past three months, with half of our total revenue coming from email.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing email marketer to own the performance and creative direction of our email channel.

You’ll:

Develop strategy.

Build and refine segmentation.

Ideate and plan campaigns.

Execute creative (copy and design).

Continuously improve performance through testing and optimisation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute segmented campaigns for customer concerns such as Frizz, Thinning, and Scalp Health.

Write and design weekly email campaigns.

Optimise for revenue per recipient, total campaign revenue, and deliverability.

Analyse results and make data-driven creative decisions.

Over time, take ownership of automated flows and lifecycle strategy.

About You

3–6 years’ experience in DTC email marketing (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle preferred).

Strong Klaviyo expertise — segmentation, testing, and flows.

Ability to write compelling copy and create visual designs.

Understand how to blend brand storytelling with performance.

Organised, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

Consistent improvement in revenue per recipient.

Greater email output and segmentation coverage.

Campaigns that feel emotionally resonant and drive measurable results.

A clean, healthy, well-segmented list that performs month after month.

Salary Range

AUD $130,000 – $170,000 depending on experience.
