We are partnering with one of our Global Client to hire Vendor Integration Led to manage partnerships with external vendors, drive collaboration, and ensure smooth integration processes.

The role combines vendor integration leadership with work package acceptance management, ensuring that requirements are satisfied, risks are controlled, and evidence of readiness is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the definition, planning, and execution of vendor/OEM integration work packages.
• Track progress against milestones, managing technical dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Define and enforce acceptance criteria for vendor deliverables in collaboration with Systems Engineering.
• Lead technical reviews, demonstrations, and readiness gates to confirm requirements compliance.
• Partner with Product Owners, Systems Engineering, and Architecture to embed vendor deliverables into program planning.
• Lead and mentor vendor integration engineers, coordinators, and supporting technical staff.

• 8+ years in systems engineering, integration, or program delivery, with at least 3+ years managing external work packages or vendor integrations
• Proven experience in complex and distributed systems (autonomous vehicles, mining, defense, aerospace, or industrial automation preferred).
• Strong background in requirements engineering, acceptance testing, and traceability.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor engagement skills, with strong communication and leadership capability.
