We’re seeking a highly capable Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern cloud-based software solutions for the mining sector. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for a senior engineer who still loves to code while mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) systems hosted in Azure.
  
  
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  
  
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and DevOps automation.
  
  
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews within a small, agile team.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with React (TypeScript) and .NET Core/C#.
  
  
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, Identity, etc.).
  
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design.
  
  
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers within agile teams.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
