We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong recruitment and WHS expertise to drive our people strategy and build the workforce of the future.
This is a stand-alone HR role that gives you the freedom to own and shape the HR function, while working closely with Payroll, Safety, Driver Training and Operations teams to deliver practical and impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership to implement and execute the HR strategy.
Operate independently as the HR lead while collaborating closely with Payroll, Safety, Driver Training and Operations teams.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, particularly in driver and operational roles.
Oversee WHS compliance, safety initiatives and incident reporting processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and award interpretation.
Manage onboarding, induction and workforce planning programs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
Strong recruitment experience within transport, logistics or similar industries.
Business Partnering and Management support in performance management.
Sound understanding of WHS frameworks and compliance.
Excellent knowledge of Modern Awards and workplace legislation.
Hands-on, solutions-focused and strategic approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (highly regarded).
Australian working rights.
