About the role

Pearl Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in North Adelaide, SA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly clients, ensuring their health, safety, and overall wellbeing. What you'll be doing

Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for our aged care clients

Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing clinical care as needed

Collaborating with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless and coordinated care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements

Participating in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care

Providing guidance, support, and supervision to enrolled nurses and care assistants

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with a current and valid AHPRA registration

Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills, including wound management, medication administration, and client assessments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on client-centered care

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
