Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents

Oversee and support care staff in the delivery of daily care routines

Conduct comprehensive assessments, care planning, and documentation

Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines

Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies

Liaise with residents, families, allied health professionals, and GPs

Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential aged care

Strong clinical and decision-making skills

Compassionate approach with excellent interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
