ContractCare is seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join a large, reputable Aged Care facility in the Adelaide Hills.

You'll play a key leadership role in coordinating safe, effective, and person-centred care - working closely with residents, families, and care staff to support wellbeing in every sense: physical, emotional, and social.

The Role

Lead and support care teams, providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and delegation

Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews and respond to escalated care concerns

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

Drive excellence in clinical care systems, quality, and compliance

Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, Fire Safety, and Infection Control policies

Collaborate with residents and families to deliver individualised, compassionate care

About You

Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum 2-3 years of Aged Care nursing experience

Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
