About the role

Heavenly Hands Medical Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents in our contracted- aged care facilities.

What you'll be doing

Delivering personalised nursing care to our elderly residents

Assessing and monitoring residents' physical, psychological and emotional needs

Developing and implementing individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Collaborating with allied health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents

Providing guidance and support to junior nursing staff

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Extensive experience in aged care nursing, preferably in a residential setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families and the healthcare team

Commitment to providing person-centred, compassionate care

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
