• Property Manager oversees key handovers and 6-week inspection & focuses on delivering consistent 5-star service while you have a team supporting you with the below;
• - Leasing Agents = Home opens, enquires & handle application
• - Inspections Agents manage routines and finals
• - Admins and BDM teams

The Criteria

• Previous property management experience is essential from an Assistant through to a Senior Property Manager
• Current PM Registration, driver's license
• Good with systems & procedures - they are super organized!
• Outstanding communication and attention to detail
• Team player and enjoys collaboration and team chats
