The Position

• Full hand over from Team Leader for the first 4 weeks.
• A customer service portfolio with a HEAP off on-the-road support will allow for relationships and 5-star service to be forged and delivered to clients.
• High-level support from; Leasing Agents who conduct and process applications, Inspections Agents for Routines and Finals, Administrators and BDM = Which allows you to build long-standing owner relationships.
• Property Manager to manage key handover and conduct first 6 week inspection.

The Criteria

• Previous property management experience is essential from Assistant through to a Senior Property Manager
• Current PM Registration, driver's license
• Good with systems & procedures - they are super organized!
• Outstanding communication and attention to detail
• Team player and enjoys collaboration and team chats
