About the Role:

In our quest for greatness, we seek bookkeeping extraordinaires who have the gift & higher powers to support our clients and be a high collaborative team member. With previous experience in managing multiple client files from beginning to end, experience in leading a team to victory will be advantageous. Don't worry if you're far away; we have the magic of technology to virtually beam you right into our office! Perth based preferred but not essential if we find the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping / BAS agent services under the practice owner's licence

Represent our Brand and overseeing a portfolio of clients

Accounts payable/ receivable, EOM, payroll, compliance & lodgement management

Supporting & training our clients

Catch-up & Rescue Bookkeeping, file reviews and more

Liaising with our VIP's accountants

Identifying growth opportunities (by reviewing client needs, identifying problems & proposing solutions)

Skills and experience:

Who can apply:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior bookkeeping on a variety of wide small businesses accounts.

Min Cert IV in Finance and Bookkeeping (or willing to obtain) - BAS Agent advantageous

Experience with Xero essential

MYOB and QBO skills an advantage

Other add-on / software apps experience advantageous

Immediate to Advanced Payroll skills

National Crime Check (or willingness to obtain one)

References from your last 5 years of employment
