Responsibilities will include:

• Working within a small team to collaborate on the broader task of converting leads to orders and ensuring the subsequent delivery of solutions to the client with the support of your colleagues.

• Ongoing, systematic interaction with clients by phone and email to deliver "above and beyond" customer service.

The role is envisaged to be predominantly office based, with occasional site visits.

This is a diverse role that brings with it the opportunity to be heard in a small team and to see your adopted suggestions for improvement contributing to the success of the company. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role. However, two years prior experience in similar roles is essential. For example, you may have prior client interaction/quoting experience in the electrical industry.

Position details:

• Full time

• Salary $85,000 + 12% SGL

• Based in Midvale, 6056, Western Australia

• Current driver's license & own vehicle are both essential

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa required

Preferred experience:

1) Lighting industry experience

2) Knowledge of the electrical industry and electrical wholesalers
