About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is all about building strong relationships with our customers and helping grow the business. You'll do that by expanding our product reach, creating eye-catching displays, and giving our customers a great experience.
We work in a fast-paced industry, so there are clear expectations, systems, and processes in place to help things run smoothly. While the pace can be steady and sometimes busy, you’ll be supported by a team that values quality and consistency. A big part of this role is knowing your products and genuinely wanting to help customers.
You’ll be interacting with customers often, building up solid, long-term relationships through friendly, professional service. Over time, you’ll become a trusted go-to person for them — reliable, helpful, and knowledgeable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building long-term relationships with key customer accounts
Looking for opportunities to get our products into new stores
Growing sales by staying one step ahead of the competition
Introducing new products to existing customers
Creating standout in-store displays that really showcase our products
Giving top-notch customer service
Becoming an expert in the products you represent

What You’ll Need to Bring
The right to work in Australia
Clear, confident English communication skills
Experience in FMCG, especially working with independent supermarkets (like IGAs or local grocers)
A proven track record in hitting sales targets or KPIs
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines without rushing
A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
A sharp eye for merchandising and creating displays that stand out
