Our new purpose-built function centre allows us to deliver exceptional conferences, meetings, and group events - creating seamless, memorable experiences for our guests in one of the world’s most beautiful locations. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re looking for a hands-on Conference & Events Manager to join us as we continue to grow and refine our offering. While the Sales & Marketing Manager focuses on business development, you will manage enquiries, confirm bookings, manage operational planning, and deliver outstanding guest experiences that build client loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all confirmed and pending event bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and calendar management.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver corporate conferences, meetings, and group events to the highest standard.

Liaise with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Accommodation, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure operational excellence.

Lead on-the-day event execution, providing guidance and support to staff.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for AV, décor, transport, and other event requirements.

Conduct post-event reviews, capture client feedback, and maintain a database of client preferences and operational learnings.

Uphold health, safety, compliance, and sustainability standards across all events.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience managing corporate or group events in hotels, resorts, or conference venues.

Strong operational, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client liaison skills.

Competency in MS Office 365; experience with Event Temple and Asana is very highly regarded.

WA Approved Manager's Certificate

Food Handler's Certificate

National Police Clearance

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
