CARE MANAGER - AGED CARE - NEWCASTLE

Opportunity to join a reputable not-for-profit aged care facility within the Newcastle area. Medium-sized home with an excellent organisational structure in place.

• Opportunity for an enthusiastic Care Manager/ DDON!
• Work with an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager who will provide you with training and the tools to fully succeed in this position
• Permanent Monday to Friday full-time position with RDO
• Flexibility in start and finish times
• Oversee a well run facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical teams

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse (5+ Years)
• 1-3 years experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator
• In-depth knowledge of the ACQSC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
