An opportunity has become available for a Clinical Manager to join their facility in Tamworth.

You’ll be joining a friendly, focused and driven leadership team working alongside two other Clinical Managers and a Clinical Facility Manager to provide strong clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care.

About you:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification (current and unrestricted)
• 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar) in a large aged care environment
• Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Strong leadership and experience in staff supervision and development
• Knowledge of funding, accreditation and care planning processes
• Empathy and communication skills that truly make a difference
• Great time management and problem-solving ability
• Confidence using clinical systems and digital tools
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for NDIS-funded homes)
