Are you an experienced Aged Care professional looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected not-for-profit provider as a Care Manager within a large, fully compliant Residential Aged Care facility located in Outer Newcastle.

You’ll be joining a highly supportive leadership team and play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role

• Oversee and support the clinical team to maintain exceptional standards of care and compliance.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical leadership to Registered Nurses and Care Staff.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between residents, families, and the broader care team.

Facility Structure:

FM > 2x CMs > 4x CCCs > RNs > Care Staff

About You

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior clinical role within Residential Aged Care (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Career-driven, motivated, and passionate about making a difference in aged care.
