Executive Assistant to the CEO – Part-Time
Location: Coolum Beach
Hours: 2 days per week (around 16 hours total), permanent part-time
Start: Early December - Mid January.
Pay: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Aaron Bradley. It’s a trusted, detail-oriented position that keeps a busy founder on track across several growing ventures.
You’ll handle communication, scheduling, reporting, and follow-up with precision. The right person enjoys bringing structure to complexity and helping ideas move from plan to action.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritise the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and meetings.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
Collect and summarise financial data and key metrics.
Coordinate with Operations Managers and compile clear, concise updates.
Keep shared documents, dashboards, and SOPs accurate and accessible.
Research tools, suppliers, and ideas, presenting practical recommendations.
Support projects related to brand and podcast initiatives.
Maintain clear communication and smooth information flow across the business.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience supporting executives or founders in fast-moving environments.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Solid organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to design and implement simple systems and dashboards.
Tech confidence: Google Workspace, Asana, project tools, and AI assistants.
A calm, proactive approach under pressure.
Bonus Skills
Canva or presentation design experience.
HR or onboarding coordination.
Bookkeeping or reporting literacy.
