About the role

Tracsam Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role will be based in our Wellington Point office in Queensland and is an integral part of ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support for the Managing Director

Handling all incoming calls, correspondence and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner

Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and itineraries

Preparing presentation materials, reports and other documents as required.

Website backend management experience a distinct advantage

Maintaining detailed records and filing systems. Experience with Xero accounting software essential.

Coordinating team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items

Providing general support to the MD as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanour

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team
